This is a birdwatcher's paradise and an opportunity to see landscapes that most people will never have access to. Wildlife species on the lease include wild hogs, deer, turkey, alligators, wading birds, birds of prey, bears, bobcat, and possibly even a panther. The landscapes in South Florida are truly unique. You may find yourself in a cypress hammock, a pine island, under a 200 year old oak, or in an open prairie trying to capture the perfect shot.
